摘 要:采用磷酸铵镁(MAP)结晶法回收养猪沼液中的氮、磷等营养元素并探索各因素对回收效果的影响包括药剂组合、物质摩尔比、pH和混合能。结果表明选择MgSO_4和Na_2HPO_4的药剂组合时,氨氮回收效果最好。镁氮比对NH_4^+-N回收效率的影响不显著,pH和磷氮比是影响回收效果的主要因素。在连续流反应器中最适宜的pH为8.5~9.0最优的物质摩尔比n(Mg^(2+)):n(NH_4^+):n(PO_4^(3-))=1.1:1.0:0.85此时NH_4^+-N的回收率能达到74.3%,出水PO_4^(3-)质量浓度为3.80 mg/L,PO_4^(3-)使用率达到99%。对于回收产品采用化学剖析法测定其纯度,均在91%以上。经济效益分析表明,采用连续流MAP结晶反应器处理养猪沼液回收营养元素时费用低于常规处理技术。Magnesium-ammonium-phosphate (MAP) precipitation was applied to recover nitrogen and phosphorus from pig biogas slurry. The effects of reagent combinations, Mg-N-P molar ratio, initial pH and mixing energy on recovery efficiency were evaluated. The results showed that the combination of MgSO4 and Na2HPO4 exhibited the best recovery efficiency of ammonia nitrogen. The pH value and the P-N molar ratio were the key factors of NH4^+-N recovery while changing the Mg-N molar ratio did not make any statistically significant difference in recovery efficiency. The optimum operating conditions of continuous flow struvite reactor were determined as follows. The molar ratio of the reagent dosing n(Mg^2+):n(NH4^+):n(PO4^3-) was 1. 1 : 1.0:0.85 at the pH value of S.5~9.Under these conditions, the recovery efficiency of NH4^+-N could reach 74.3%, and the concentration of PO4^3- was 3.80 mg/L in the effluent with a high phosphate utilization. The purity of obtained struvite measured by chemical analysis was above 91%. After cost analysis, continuous flow struvite reactor was considered to be economical and competitive at nutrients recovery from pig biogas slurry.
