摘 要:采用分置式厌氧膜生物反应器(An MBR)处理啤酒废水,在不排泥的情况下,研究HRT对污泥混合液性质和膜污染的影响。结果表明,当HRT从40、32、24、16 h逐渐缩短时,胞外聚合物(EPS)含量、溶解性微生物代谢产物(SMP)含量和污泥粒径逐渐增大;EPS和SMP中的蛋白质及污泥粒径对泥饼层阻力的影响较大,它们增大可促使滤饼层形成,增加泥饼层阻力,继而增加膜过滤阻力,导致跨膜压差快速增长,加快膜污染的进程;HRT在40 h、有机负荷为2.24 kg/(m^3·d)、污泥负荷为0.58 kg/(kg·d)的条件下,分置式An MBR可以获得较好的处理效果和较低的膜污染速度。The effect of hydraulic retention time (HRT) on the sludge mixed liquor properties and membrane fouling of split anaerobic membrane bioreactor (AnMBR) for treatment of brewery wastewater without discharging sludge was studied. The results showed that with the HRT gradually shortened from 40, 32, 24, and 16 h, the concent of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) and soluble microbial products (SMP) and the sludge particle size gradually increased; the protein of EPS and SMP, and the sludge particle size had greater impact on the cake resistance, their increase prompted the formation of cake layer, increased the cake resistance, then increased the membrane filtration resistance, which led to the rapid growth oftrans membrane pressure (TMP), accelerated the process of membrane fouling. When the HRT was 40 h, organic load (OLR) was 2.24 kg/(m^3·d), sludge load (F/M) was 0.58 kg/(kgod), split- AnMBR can achieve better treatment effect and lower membrane fouling rate.
