摘 要:结合经济学中效用理论,提出了用电效用思想与概念。用电效用是在传统的能效基础上,从电力用户的主体地位角度表征电器用电价值,对指导电力需求侧节能减排和参与需求响应具有关键作用。首先,对典型生活电器分类,给出了不同类别电器的温度和时间效用函数。进一步,提出了生活电器用电效用分级思想,并给出分级方法与其在优化中的应用。最后,以典型家庭环境为例对生活电器用电效用水平进行了评估并进行节能优化,结果表明效用等级的提高意味着能耗的节省,可在保障用户满意度的基础上实现良好的节能效果。By referring to the utility theory in economics, the concept of power utility is proposed. Based on traditional energy efficiency evaluation, power utility is intended to characterize the value of the power used by the consumer in his capacity as subject, whicb plays a key role in energy-saving and demand response. Firstly, based on the typical electrical appliances' classification results, different electrical appliances' temperature and time utility functions are given. Secondly, the power utility grading theory of residential electrical appliances is put forward, and application of the energy saving and demand side management is expounded. Finally, with tbe typical family environment as an example, the appliances' power utility level is evaluated, wbich proves that higher utility grade means lower energy consumption.
