美皮康联合美清佳预防盐酸胺碘酮注射液致静脉炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨早期应用美皮康联合美清佳预防盐酸胺碘酮(商品名:可达龙)外周静脉输注所致静脉炎的临床效果。方法选取外周静脉输注可达龙的患者100例,在患者知情同意的情况下采用随机数字法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组各50例。研究组使用美皮康及美清佳干预,对照组应用50%葡萄糖水20 m L+地塞米松5 mg浸湿无菌纱布后持续湿敷至输液结束。2组分别于干预后第1、2、3天观察静脉炎发生率及严重程度,评价应用效果。结果预防措施实施3 d后,对照组静脉炎发生率及严重程度明显高于研究组(P=0.032),研究组预防效果优于对照组。结论美皮康联合美清佳预防可达龙外周静脉输注所致静脉炎的效果显著,可明显减少外周静脉炎的发生率,静脉炎严重程度大大降低,可在临床应用推广。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of mepilex combined with hypergel on the prevention of phlebitis caused by peripheral intravenous injection of amiodarone hydrochloride（ trade name： cordarone）. Methods A total of 100 patients,who were infused with cordarone intravenously,were chosen and randomly divided into research group and control group. Mepilex combined with hypergel was applied to the research group,while in the control group,50% glucose solution 20 m L and dexamethasone 5mg were used to wet the gauze and then covered on the punctured vein until the end of infusion. The incidence and severity of phlebitis in the 2 groups were observed in 1,2 and 3 d after intervention. Results The incidence of phlebitis in the control group was higher than that in the research group（ P = 0. 032）. Besides,phlebitis was more serious in the control group. Conclusion Mepilex combined with hypergel can prevent phlebitis caused by infusion of cordarone through peripheral vein,significantly decrease the incidence of phlebitis,and effectively alleviate the severity of phlebitis.
