摘  要:大型复杂机械系统设计中伴随着大量的随机性问题和模糊性因素,仅依靠常规可靠性设计分析理论难以完全准确地获取相关信息。模糊可靠性设计分析理论是解决大型复杂机械系统设计中模糊性问题的有效途径。故障树分析技术提供了系统失效方式图解描述,但其计算量随着故障树规模增大呈指数增长。基于模糊理论研制并开发了一套可视化程度较高的故障树分析系统。系统具有一定的实用性,能很好的协助工程人员对机械系统进行模糊可靠性故障树分析,为大型复杂机械系统的可靠性设计提供了一定的技术支持。There are a great amout of random and fuzzy factors in the design of the large- scale and complicated mechanical system( LCMS). It is difficult to acquire the related information accurately by only using the general reliability theory. Fuzzy reliability design and analysis theory is an effective way to solve the fuzzy factores with LCMS. Fault Tree provides a graph characterization for the system failure mode,but its calculational quantity grows exponentially with the increase in scale of Fault Tree. An analysis system of Fault Tree with highly visual degree has been developed. This system is of great practicality and it can help the engineers to make fuzzy reliability fault tree analysis for the mechanical system,which can provide technical supports for the design of reliability of the large- scale and complicated mechanical system( LCMS).
