198例成年人心瓣膜病超声心动图检查的回顾性分析

摘　　要：为探讨黄石地区30岁以上的成年人心脏瓣膜病的发病率情况、发病原因及经胸超声心动图显像特点,回顾性分析了近2年来到黄石市中心医院就诊的年龄>30岁、诊断为心脏瓣膜病的患者的经胸超声心动图资料。比较不同年龄组心脏瓣膜病的发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尤其是60岁以上,其发病率明显增高;且最常受累的瓣膜是主动脉瓣,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);心脏瓣膜病的发病原因中以退行心脏瓣膜病最为常见。经胸超声心动图检查可直接观察心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜的形态、结构,判断瓣膜的狭窄及反流程度,能进行定性与定量评价,可为临床提供完善的诊疗方案。Objective：To discuss the incidence, etiological and the uhrasonographic features of valvular heart diseases in adult patients （ over 30 years old） in huangshi. Method ： A retrospective analysis of the echocardio- graphy data of patients （ over 30 years old） with VHD in Huangshi Central Hospital in recent two years. Resuits：among different age groups, the occurrence of valvular heart diseases was compared, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） , especially for those over 60 years old, the incidence rate increased signifi- cantly. And the valve most frequently involved in valvular heart diseases was aortic valve, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In the etiology of valvular heart diseases, senile degenerative heart valvular disease （SDHVD） is the most common one. Conclusion ： valvular heart diseases, valve shape and structure, can directly be observed by echocardiography, it can also demonstrate valvular stenosis and reflux and can be qualitative and quantitative evaluation ,which can provide complete diagnosis and treatment plan for clinical work.
