不同氮肥处理下滴灌棉花ABA与体积含水率的响应特征

摘  要:通过滴灌盆栽试验,研究了不同生育期不同施氮水平下,滴灌棉花ABA质量摩尔浓度与体积含水率之间的响应特征。结果表明,N2(2g/盆)、N4(4g/盆)、N6(6g/盆)水平下,蕾期时ABA质量摩尔浓度与体积含水率均负相关,相关系数分别为-0.829、-0.924、-0.959,T检验显著水平P分别为0.083、0.025、0.010;N2、N6处理拟合模型为二次函数和线性函数,模型拟合决定系数(R2)分别为0.994、0.921,F检验显著水平P分别为0.006、0.010,达到极显著水平;花铃期时,ABA质量摩尔浓度与体积含水率亦均负相关,相关系数分别为-0.830、-0.799、-0.821,N2、N4、N6处理拟合模型分别为对数函数、二次函数和二次函数。因此,研究的函数模型很好地描述滴灌棉ABA质量摩尔浓度与体积含水率之间相关关系。The pot experiments under drip irrigation were conducted to study the response relationships between drip irrigation cotton's ABA concentration and volumetric water content under different N fertilizer levels in different growth periods.The results showed that under the treatments of N2,N4,N6 in the bud stage,the relative coefficients(r)between ABA content and volumetric water were respectively-0.829,-0.924and-0.959,and their model fitting determination coefficients(R2)were 0.994,0.854and0.921.The relative coefficients(r)between ABA content and volumetric water in the blooming period were respectively-0.830,-0.799and-0.821,and their model fitting determination coefficients(R2)were 0.693,0.929 and 0.898.Therefore,under the treatments of N2,N4 and N6in the bud stage,the correlations between potting drip irrigation cotton's ABA content and volumetric water were all negative,of which the correlation of N6 treatment reached the significant level,the processing model fitting determination coefficient(R2)of N6 treatment reached the great significant level,and their models were quadratic and linear;In the blooming period,the correlations between ABA content and volumetric water were all negative,and the model fitting determination coefficient(R2)didn't reach the significant level,and their models were logarithm,quadratic and quadratic under the treatments of N2,N4,N6,respectively.
