摘 要:布孔方式是影响微喷带灌溉均匀度的关键因素,为了更好地设计和生产微喷带产品,在参照微喷带水力特性检测方法的基础上,从灌溉水分布特征和水量分布均匀系数等角度对微喷带布孔方式的选择进行试验研究。结果表明,喷水孔单峰排列、齿形排列分布和单斜线排列分布灌水强度分别为14.8-23.8、20.3-21.5、20.6-25.6mm/h时,水量分布均匀系数分别为0.43-0.51、0.64-0.62、0.41-0.51;喷水孔单峰和单斜线排列分布时,喷水孔间距增大和喷水孔直径减小将导致水量均匀分布系数下降。喷水孔齿形排列分布时,灌溉水量分布最均匀,且喷水孔微小改变对灌溉均匀度影响较小。因此,根据试验结果,喷水孔齿形排列是微喷带适宜的布孔方式。The arrangement of spraying holes was one of the key factors that affected irrigation uniformity of micro-spraying hose irrigation apparently.To design and produce better sprinkling hose,experimental studies of irrigation water distribution and uniformity coefficient of water distribution were conducted to choose the hole arrangement mode of micro-sprinkling hose,based on the spray tape standard.The results showed that,when the irrigation intensities of the spraying hose with hole arrangment form of a singlet,gear and signle dash were 14.8-23.8mm/h,20.3-21.5mm/h and 20.6-25.6mm/h respectively,the coefficients of water distribution uniformity were 0.43-0.51,0.64-0.62 and 0.41-0.51,respectively.The coefficient of water distribution uniformity decreased as the space between two holes increased and the diameter of spraying hole decreased.However,water was well distributed and was little affected by slight changes of spray holes arranged as a gear.Therefore,according to the results of the experiment,spray holes arranged like a gear was the best type fitted for spray tape.
