摘　　要：目的:评价尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶应用于神经外科手术的经济性。方法:以现有公开资料及文献为基础,将神经外科手术出血量和术后血肿发生率作为主要结果指标,通过蒙特卡洛模型模拟患者队列,结合相关成本数据进行经济学评价。结果:应用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶能使术后血肿发生率降低1.24%,增量成本为32 560元(<人均GDP);敏感度分析支持结果的稳定性。结论:神经外科手术应用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶对降低术后血肿发生而增加的成本是值得的,具有成本-效果。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the economics of hemocoagulase agkistrodon used in neurosurgery operation.METHODS：Based on the public information and literature,the study used blood loss and the incidence of postoperative hematoma as outcome index,and the patient cohort was simulated by Monte Carlo.At last,the research used cost effectiveness method for economic evaluation combining with cost data.RESULTS：The incidence of postoperative hematoma in hemocoagulase agkistrodon group decreased by 1.24%,and the incremental cost was 32 560 yuan（〈GDP per capita）.The sensitivity analysis supported the stability of the results.CONCLUSIONS：It is worth to spend the incremental cost which was induced by that hemocoagulase agkistrodon reduce the incidence of postoperative hematoma in neurosurgery surgery and it owns cost effectiveness.
