我院乳腺恶性肿瘤化疗患者使用中药注射剂的专项处方点评

摘　　要：目的:为乳腺恶性肿瘤化疗患者合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:根据主要疾病诊断利用医院信息系统(HIS)抽取我院2014年1-9月所有乳腺恶性肿瘤化疗患者856例,对其中药注射剂不合理使用、联合用药、不良反应等情况进行统计分析。结果:856例患者中使用中药注射剂572例,占抽取病例的66.83%;涉及到中药注射剂共11种;不合理使用情况主要集中在给药剂量不适宜(21.78%)、溶剂用量不适宜(31.06%)、给药疗程不适宜(82.35%)等方面。在使用中药注射剂的病例中,2种中药注射剂联用104例(占18.19%),3种中药注射剂联用1例(占0.12%);共发生8例不良反应。结论:医院应制定相关的使用规范和管理措施,规范医师的用药行为,促进中药注射剂的合理使用。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for rational use of TCM injection in patients receiving malignant breast tumor chemotherapy.METHODS：According to main disease diagnosis,856 patients receiving malignant breast tumor chemotherapy were collected during Jan.-Sept.2014 by using HIS,and then analyzed statistically in respects of irrational use of TCM injection,drug combination,ADR,etc.RESULTS：Of 856 patients,572 patients received TCM injection,accounting for 66.83%;11 kinds of TCM injections were involved.Irrational drug use mainly contained unsuitable dose（21.78%）,unsuitable solvent（31.06%）,unsuitable medication course（82.35%）,etc.Among TCM injection cases,there were 104 cases of combined use of 2 TCM injections（18.19%）,and 1 case of combined use of 3 kinds of TCM injection（0.12%）.A total of 8 cases of ADR occurred.CONCLUSIONS：Related regulation and management measures should be formulated,and prescribing behavior of physicians also should be standardized to to promote the rational use of TCM injections.
