信息惠民视角下的地方民生档案资源整合与服务现状调查

摘　　要：信息惠民背景下中国民生档案建设的现状调查结果表明,地方民生档案类型的划分以聚类组合方式为主;地方民生档案资源的整合方式既包括内含民生档案服务指南、档案馆馆际互联及民生信息进社区三种主要方式的区域内资源整合,也包含远程互联技术支持下的跨区域资源整合;地方相关机构以提供检索指南、检索渠道等形式提供具体服务。目前,地方民生档案工作主要面临缺乏顶层设计、欠缺相关法律法规、资源向公众开放转化程度低及信息"孤岛性"问题,信息惠民与民生档案建设间的联系有待加强。This article analyzes the status of livelihood records resources integration and utilization service of local cities on the background of information benefits people. Firstly, the classification of local people＇s livelihood archives is mainly based on clustering combination. Secondly, the integration of the local livelihood archives resources include both inter regional which is supported by interconnection technology and regional integration of resources which contains three main ways. What＇s more, local agencies provide specific services in giving information retrieval guide and other ways （livelihood archives service guide, archives intercommection, livelihood information getting into community）. Nowadays, local people＇s liveli- hood archives work is mainly facing the lack of top-level design, the lack of relevant laws and regulations, the degree of open to the public resources and the low level of information and information island problem. The relationship between people＇s livelihood records and the background of information benefits people needs to be strengthened.
