少数民族档案损毁原因及实例分析

摘　　要：当代少数民族档案的抢救保护有了很大进展,但损失仍然不小,有些甚至无法挽回和补救。原因主要有政治运动、保管不善、民间习俗、自然灾害四个方面。其中"文革"造成的破坏最为惨重、教训深刻,保管不善和民间习俗则是可以尽量避免的,但自然灾害很多难以防范,应着力加强档案部门应对突发事件和抵御重大灾害的能力。In contemporary times, the rescue and protection of minority＇ archives had greatly progress, but the losses are still numerous, some of them were even beyond retrieve and remedy. The reasons are mainly in following four aspects：political movement, improper storage, folk customs and natural disasters. Which the Cultural Revolution caused by the most serious damage, profound lessons. Improper storage and folk customs can be avoided as far as possible, but many natural disasters are difficult to prevent. We should focus on strengthening the ability of archival departments to deal with emergencies and to resist major disasters.
