摘　　要：以考论吐蕃时期西藏地方档案管理为旨归。本研究采用考证法与历史分析法,对吐蕃时期西藏地方档案的副本制度、保管制度、利用制度,以及公文驿递制度进行探源分梳。研究成果希望能引起学界,对吐蕃时期历史档案信息资源进行深入探究,以期索解西藏地方历史档案的内在发展规律。The purpose of this paper is to explore the archives management in period of Tubo Empire. Based on the methods of textual research and historical analyze, the institutions such as archives transcript, preservation, utilization, as well as the document delivering are traced and classified. It intends to call some deep explorations on historical archives and information resources of Tubo Empire and to find some laws of local Tibet archives development.
