摘　　要：本文挖掘了大成智慧思想的精髓,对综合集成方法的体系结构进行了拓展。基于大成智慧构建了低碳生态城市管理的综合集成流程,该综合集成流程有助于生成低碳生态城市发展的新理念、新思路和新途径,并且能够实现各城市主体共同参与低碳生态城市发展与管理的研究、决策、监督与评价。The essence of the QIAN Xue-sen＇s meta-synthetic wisdom theory is mined,and the structure of the metasynthesis method is developed.Based on the QIAN Xue-sen＇s meta-synthetic wisdom theory,the meta-synthesis process of the administration about the low carbon eco-city is proposed.The process is helpful to generate new ideas and new ways to the development of the low carbon eco-city.The process can also achieve that the subjects participate together in the research,decision-making,supervision and evaluation of the development and administration about the low carbon eco-city.
