摘　　要：O2O是当前移动互联网时代增强用户体验的一种新型应用模式。O2O模式体现了互联网时代去中心化、关注用户的使用体验、数据碎片化等理念,在图书馆行业也具有较大的参考和指导意义。论文从中小图书馆的角度,对O2O模式的概念和思维方式展开介绍,并针对图书馆行业的O2O模式总体构架、如何展开实践进行了探讨,为图书馆面向读者的信息化建设规划提供参考和借鉴。O2O is a new application mode for enhancing the user experience in current mobile Internet era. O2 O model embodies the mind of decentralization, user experience, data fragmentation in Internet era. In the library industry, it also has great reference and guiding significance. From the perspective of medium-sized library, this paper introduces the concept and thinking mode of O2 O. Meanwhile, the overall framework of O2 O mode in library industry and how to expand practice are discussed, for providing the reference to information construction planning geared to the needs of the readers of library.
