摘  要:青年图书馆员的专业成长主要在于自主谋求发展,但也离不开必要的外部环境。作为基层图书馆馆长,不仅要尽力为馆员的专业成长创造条件,为其铺就成长之路,还要以图书馆"老人"的身份在心理、角色、职业规划、专业培训与科研等方面给予青年馆员持续和深切的关注与引导。其中引领青年图书馆员以学研结合的路径加快专业成长,是一种有效的方式。Professional growth of youth librarians mainly lies in seeking development independently, but also can't leave necessary external environment. As an director of grass- roots library, he should try his best to create conditions and pave road for the professional growth of librarians, as well as establish the identity of the library's "old man" who gives young librarians sustained and deep concern and guidance from these aspects such as psychology, character, career planning,professional training and scientific research. Wherein it is an effective way that leading youth librarians to adopt a path combining learning and research to accelerate the professional growth.
