摘　　要：深化高等教育综合改革、推动高等教育内涵式发展,就必须突破重点领域和关键环节的体制机制障碍。我国高等教育的发展,需要在建立现代大学制度、提升人才培养质量、建设高水平师资队伍等方面做出积极探索,推进大学治理体系和治理能力的现代化。In order to promote intensive development in higher education, new breakthroughs must be achieved in crucial areas and important stages of the reform. This article puts forward some thoughts and policy suggestions for deepening the comprehensive reform of higher education, including establishing a modern university institution, enhancing the quality of talent-training, constructing high-level teaching faculties, etc.
