摘 要:建立含风电场和抽水蓄能电站的电力系统动态优化调度模型,以总燃料耗量、污染气体排放量和购电费用最小为目标,并考虑基态和N-1条件下的网络安全约束和抽水蓄能机组的运行调度约束。引入满足互补条件的两个连续变量发电功率和抽水功率来描述抽水蓄能机组的运行特性,避免引入离散变量,并通过对抽水蓄能机组各个时段的工况约束的累加来减少不等式约束个数。并采用"校验—添加—再校验—再添加"的思想处理N-1安全约束,提高了求解效率。采用法线边界交叉法(normal boundary intersection,NBI)和内点法求解多目标优化问题获得均匀分布的Pareto最优解集。某省级167机2299节点系统的计算结果表明,所提出的方法能够综合考虑发电计划在安全性、经济性和环保性之间的最优折中,并发挥抽水蓄能电站削峰填谷和应对风电场出力随机性的作用。A dynamic optimal dispatch model for power systems with wind farms and pumped storage stations was proposed, and fuel consumption, emission of atmospheric pollutants and power purchase cost were taken as objectives. The network security constraints under basic status and N-1 outage and operation dispatch of pumped storage stations were considered. Two continuous variables such as generating power and pumping power, which satisfy complementary condition, were introduced to describe the operation of pumped storage stations to avoid introduction of discrete variables, and the inequality constraints were reduced by means of accumulating operation mode constraints of a pumped storage station in all periods. Also, the idea of "checking-adding-checking againadding again" was used to handle network security constraints and hence the computational efficiency was enhanced. The normal boundary intersection(NBI) algorithm and interior point method were adopted to solve this model and a series of evenly distributed Pareto optimal sets were obtained. Test results on a real provincial power system with 167 units and 2299 nodes demonstrate that the proposed method can comprehensively consider the optimal compromise among security, economy and environmental protection of generation schedule, and can develop the functions of pumped storage stations in shifting load and coping with randomness of wind farm output.
