摘  要:目前,工业生产现场应用的磁场传感器通常需要采取防爆、防电火花等措施,其现场应用具有一定的局限性,而采用光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)作为传感元件的磁电感应的电致伸缩式磁场传感器由于其抗电磁干扰、强绝缘性,能够在一定程度上提高在工业生产中的应用范围。根据电致伸缩式FBG磁场传感器工作原理,通过测量的中心波长的移位量可以计算出实测磁场的大小,可以对磁场进行实时监测。测试结果表明:该磁场传感器的灵敏度为0.113 pm/Gs,非线性误差为5.45%FS,能够很好地满足工业生产现场的应用。At present, application of magnetic field sensor in industrial production site often takes the form of explosion-proof,EDM and other methods, so it has certain limitations in field application, but magnetoelectric inductive electrostriction type magnetic field sensor using fiber Bragg grating ( FBG ) as sensing element can increase range of applications in industrial production to a certain extent, because of its anti electromagnetic interference ,strong insulation resistance property. According to working principle of eleetrostriction type FBG magnetic field sensor, through measuring shift amount of center wavelength, measured magnetic field can be calculated , magnetic field can be real-time monitored. Test results show that the sensitivity of the magnetic sensor is 0. 113 pm/Gs, nonlinear error is 5.45 % FS, it can well meet the application of industrial production field.
