摘  要:高精度振动传感器数字闭环系统对采样精度和实时性有很高的要求。为了解决测量环节中采样速率和精度相互制约的问题,提出一种对振动传感器信号进行双通道异步采样,在高速通道进行自适应Kalman滤波,同时利用低速通道的数据进行实时精度补偿的测量方案。考虑到数字闭环系统对采样率、高精度和实时性的要求,详细设计了双通道异步测量电路和异步数据融合算法。仿真实验表明:该方法精度上比传统方法有了明显提高,并且实时性优于传统的抽样率变换方法。Digital closed-loop system of high precision vibration sensor demands for high sampling precision and real-time performance. In order to solve problem of constraints of sampling rate and precision in measurement, a two-channel asynchronous sampling method is proposed, adaptive Kalman fihering is carried out in high speed channel and low speed channel data is used for realtime precision compensation. Considering sampling rate, high precision and real-time requirements of digital closed-loop system, two-channel asynchronous measuring circuit and asynchronous data fusion algorithm are designed in detail. Simulation experiment show that precision of this method is enhanced than traditional method, and real-time performance is prior to the traditional sampling rate conversion method.
