生态视角下民族地区特色产业发展路径研究

摘　　要：民族地区特色产业具有市场属性、地域性、民族文化以及生态与可持续的特性。在生态视角下培育和发展特色产业就是把特色资源、地理区位、生态环境、民族文化等优势转化为经济、市场优势,是实现西部民族地区可持续发展的最佳选择。民族地区特色产业发展的路径有以"产业生态化"模式发展资源型特色产业、以边境口岸优势发展低碳型口岸经济、以特色自然与人文资源发展休闲养生和旅游度假等第三产业、发展少数民族文化产业以及以民族传承和特色资源和环境优势发展民族医药、健康产业、绿色产业等。The distinctive industries in the ethnic minority regions of China have the marketable,local,ethnic,ecological and sustainable characteristics. The development of the distinctive industries there in the ecological perspective aims to transfer the advantages of its unique resources,geographical location,ecological environment and ethnic cultures into economic advantages,which is the best choice for the ethnic minority regions in western China to realize sustainable development. The proper approaches to developing distinctive industries in these regions include the following： developing resource-based industry via an eco-based industrial system,developing the low-carbon port-economy by taking advantage of the geological location of the frontier ports,developing leisure-oriented tourism by utilizing the local,natural and cultural resources,developing the ethnic medicine and green industries based on ethnic cultures,natural resources,environmental advantages,etc.
