摘  要:【目的】明确陕西关中地区小菜蛾田间种群对9种常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为抗性治理和田间有效防治小菜蛾提供依据。【方法】在室内采用生物测定法和区分剂量法,测定2012-2013年间陕西杨凌、宝鸡和渭南3个地区小菜蛾田间种群对阿维菌素、高效氯氰菊酯、丁醚脲、啶虫隆、溴虫腈、茚虫威、多杀菌素、Bt毒素Cry1Ac和氯虫苯甲酰胺9种常用杀虫剂的敏感性。【结果】陕西3个地区的小菜蛾田间种群对大部分供试药剂都产生了不同程度的抗性。宝鸡、渭南和杨凌种群均对高效氯氰菊酯产生了高极高水平抗性,对阿维菌素产生了中等高水平抗性,对溴虫腈和啶虫隆产生了低中等水平抗性,对茚虫威、多杀菌素和氯虫苯甲酰胺的抗性水平相对较低,处于敏感低水平抗性。对丁醚脲和Bt毒素的抗性各地差异较大,对丁醚脲的抗性,杨凌种群处于低中等水平抗性,渭南种群处于中等水平抗性,宝鸡种群处于敏感性下降;对Bt毒素的抗性,宝鸡种群处于中等水平抗性,杨凌和渭南种群处于敏感性下降低水平抗性。【结论】3个地区应停止使用已产生高水平抗性的高效氯氰菊酯和阿维菌素,减少已产生中等水平抗性药剂的使用次数,处于低水平抗性的杀虫剂可作为防治小菜蛾的主要药剂。在杀虫剂使用过程中应注意药剂的轮换使用,以延缓小菜蛾抗药性加剧。[Objective] The study investigated the polymorphism of SIRT3 gene and the association with body measurements and meat traits of Qinchuan cattle to find molecular breeding methods for impro- ving body measurements and meat traits of Qinchuan cattle. [Method] In this study,468 Qinchuan heifers with the age of 18 to 24 months under similar feeding conditions were randomly selected. Direct DNA se- quencing methods were used to detect the polymorphisms in SIRT3 gene. Least squares fitting linear model incorporated in SPSS16.0 program was used to analyze the relationship of genotype with body measure- ments and meat traits. [Result] Two SNPs, C22522T and C22680G, were detected in SlRT3 gene. PCR- RFLP analysis showed that three genotypes were found in C22522T and C22680G, respectively. Z2 test showed C22522T and C22680G were in Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium (P〈0.01). The genotypes of dif-ferent height mutatl tent.
