摘  要:为研究不同红豆杉干粉添加水平对鸡肉肉质性状,鸡肉胆固醇、紫杉醇含量的影响,以确定红豆杉在肉鸡饲粮中的适宜添加水平,本试验选取日龄、体重相近,且健康状况良好的生长肉鸡180只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在基础日粮基础上分别添加1%、3%红豆杉干粉,试验期67 d。结果表明:3%红豆杉组肉鸡滴水损失显著降低39.39%(P<0.05)。3%红豆杉组肉鸡鸡肉胆固醇含量显著降低50.96%(P<0.05)。肉鸡采食红豆杉后,红豆杉中的紫杉醇可以富集到鸡肉中,水平由0 ng/g上升到0.62 ng/g。由此可见,日粮中添加红豆杉干粉可改善鸡肉肉质性状,降低鸡肉胆固醇含量。本试验条件下,红豆杉添加量为3%效果较好。To determine the optimum supplemental level of Taxus chinensis for broiler diet ,this experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Taxus chinensis on carcass quality and contents of cholesterol and paclitaxel of broilers. One hundred and eighty healthy broilers with body weight of(819+_50)g were randomly allocated to 3 groups with 3 replicates of 20 each.Control group was fed a basal diet,and test groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1%, 3% dry powder of Taxus chinensis, respectively.The experiment lasted for 67 days.The results showed as follows:Adding 3% Taxus chinensis in diets significantly decreased the drip loss in breast muscle of broilers by 39.39%(P 〈 0.05).The 3% Taxus chinensis supplemental group had lower content of cholesterol (TC)in breast muscle,which was 50.96% lower than that of control group (P 〈 0.05).The paclitaxel in Taxus chinensis could deposited in breast muscle of broilers after feeding the diet supplemented with Taxus chinensis.The contents of paclitaxel in chicken increased from 0 to 0.66 ng/g.It was concluded that the Taxus chinensis supplementation in the basal diet could improve the carcass quality, and decrease the content of TC in breast muscle.The effects of 3% Taxus chinensis dry powder supplementation was better.
