摘　　要：广西汽车产业科技发展重点及路径问卷体系的构建对于广西汽车产业健康发展创造更为理想的科技创新环境,引导广西企业开拓战略视野,充分利用和有效的管理内外部资源,提高广西汽车产业创新能力具有较大的参考价值。该问卷体系以项目"广西汽车产业科技发展重点及路径研究"为根据体系的功能、指标选取的原则和关键影响因素分析,结合广西汽车企业的特点,本问卷的第三部分采用多层次目标体系结构,最终形成了自主创新研发能力、自主创新实施能力和自主创新绩效水平3个一级指标和12个二级指标的广西汽车产业自主创新能力评价体系。The construction of the technology development priorities and the path questionnaire system of the automobile industry has great reference value for the creating a more ideal technical innovation environment, guiding enterprises to develop strategic vision, making full use of the internal and external resources and effectively managing the internal and external resources, improving the innovation ability of auto industry of the healthy development of auto industry in Guangxi. This questionnaire system takes the functional system of ＂the key of science and technology development and the path questionnaire system of the automobile industry in Guangxi＂, the principle of index selection and key factors to analyze. Combined with the features of auto industry in Guangxi, Part III of this questionnaire uses multi-level target architecture to formulate the automobile industry independent innovation capability of independent innovation capability evaluation system and implement the independent innovation capability and innovation performance level with 3 first-level indicators and 12 secondary indicators.
