云南省“十三五”公路增长率分析研究

摘　　要："十二五"以来,云南省经济社会发展外部环境和内部条件发生的巨大变化,也对公路交通现代化发展提出了新的要求。"十三五"是云南全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的新阶段。随着云南公路总里程数量的迅速增长和服务水平的不断提高,公共需求发生了深刻的变化,公路养护与管理事业面临前所未有的挑战。本文通过对云南省公路总里程发展的现状进行总结分析,通过数学方法对云南省"十三五"公路增长率进行计算,得出各等级公路发展的规模和总规模。Since the ＂12th Five-year Plan＂, the external environment and internal conditions of the economic and social development in Yunnan Province has changed a lot. And it puts forward new requirements to the modernization development of highway traffic. The 13th Five-year Plan is the new stage for Yunnan to comprehensively construct the well-off society and accelerate socialist modernization. With the Rapid growth of the highway mileage number in Yunnan Province and the continuous improvement of service level, the public demand has changed a lot. The road maintenance and management business face unprecedented challenges. Through summing and analyzing the development situation of the total mileage of highway in Yunnan Province, this paper calculates the growth rate of road in the 13th Five- year Plan by the mathematics. The grade scale and total scale of highway development is concluded.
