摘　　要：本文针对现时留学经济的现状进行探讨,通过对于留学经济的在人数上的急剧增长、层次日益多样化、自费留学为主、国内外双向留学潮等现状的表述。从我国现时的科技教育水平、教育投入水平、拉动留学经济的因素以及对留学经济重要性的认识入手,分析出我国现时留学经济上存在着教育贸易逆差大、人才结构性流失的问题,并针对现存问题建议提升科技和教育水平,积极完善教育机制、保证对教育的投入并加大教育的投入规模、加深对留学经济重要性的认识、完善相关政策和机制、吸引高端人才回流,以改善现状。In this paper, the studying-aboard economic in China is discussed, based on the description of sharply increasing population of studying-aboard, diversifying in administrative levels, majority of self-supporting, two-way trend toward internal and external and so on, this paper starts from the level of technology and education, input level of education, factors of booming study-aboard economic, the awareness of the important of study-aboard economic to analyze that there are some problems in it, such as educational adverse balance and the outflow of talent structurally. According to the problems above, government are suggested to promote the level of technology and education, improve the educational system, guarantee the input of education and enlarge the scale of input, deepen the awareness of the importance of study-aboard economic, perfect related policy and attract high-end talent inverse flow to ameliorate the present situation of studying-aboard economic.
