摘　　要：以可靠性为中心的维修分析(RCMA)是航空器材可靠性、维修性、保障性分析的重要内容,是制定科学合理的武器装备预防性维修大纲的有效方法。本文在阐述RCMA理论的基础上分析了航空器材RCMA的内涵,建立了航空器材的RCMA流程,并针对航空器材重要功能产品、维修间隔期的确定以及逻辑决断分析等方面对航空器材RCMA的方法进行了研究。最后,结合航空器材特点提出了RCMA应注意的问题。RCMA is a significant component of analysing the Air Material＇s reliability, maintainability and supportability. It is also an efficient method to work out an scientific and reasonable outline of preventive maintenance of weapon and equipment. This paper not only analyzes the connotation of aviation spares RCMA based on stating the theory of RCMA and establishing the process of RCMA of aviation spare, but also studies the methods in terms of confirming the major functions and maintenance interval of aviation spares as well as logic decision analysis. To conclude, it poses some questions of RCMA combining the features of aviation spare.
