摘  要:以170~230℃水蒸气对马尾松木材进行2~8 h热处理后,对处理材进行油性聚氨酯漆与水性丙烯酸漆漆膜附着力以及平衡含水率和纤维素结晶度的测定,结果表明:热处理木材对于水性丙烯酸漆的漆膜附着力优异,与未处理材一样,均为0级;对于油性聚氨酯漆,随着处理强度的提高,漆膜附着力下降,但很少有试件达到3级或以上。平衡含水率为5.80%~13.89%,聚氨酯漆漆膜附着力等级平均值随其降低而呈指数增加。热处理材的纤维素结晶度大于未处理材,纤维素结晶度的增加削弱了羟基的数量,进而使基材润湿性降低,影响了漆膜附着力。Masson pine( Pinus massoniana) wood specimens were heat treated at temperatures between 170 ℃ and230 ℃ for 2 to 8 hours,then subjected to film adhesion of Polyurethane Lacquer and water-based Acrylic Polymers,equilibrium moisture content and degree of crystalline test. The results show that,like untreated wood,the film adhesion of water-based Acrylic Polymers of heat-treated wood is excellent,belonging to Class 0. The film adhesion of oilbased Polyurethane Lacquer decreases with the increase in the treatment intensity,but few specimens have reached Class 3 or above. The average grade of Polyurethane Lacquer film adhesion increases exponentially with the decrease in the equilibrium moisture content between 5. 80% and 13. 89%. The cellulose crystallinity of heat-treated wood is greater than that of untreated wood. Enhanced cellulose crystallinity has weakened the number of hydroxyl groups,thereby reducing the wettability and affecting the film adhesion.
