摘 要:为了提高高速走丝线切割加工的表面质量,从易于控制的工作液温度入手,研究其对线切割加工切缝宽度及表面质量的影响,根据工件材料蚀除原理分析了利用温度改变加工表面质量的可行性。加工实验表明,随着工作液温度的不断升高,切缝宽度增大,加工表面粗糙度值也同时增大;但当工作液温度增大到一定值时,切缝宽度反而逐渐变小,加工表面粗糙度值也变小。因此要提高线切割加工表面质量,应选择较低或者较高的工作液温度。In order to improve the surface quality of high speed wire-cut electrical discharge machining( WEDM-HS) process,starting from the temperature of the working liquid which is easy to control,the influence of cooling liquid temperature on wire cutting kerf width and surface quality is studied. The possibility that improving surface quality of work-piece by changing temperature of working liquid based on the principle of work-piece material removing is analyzed. The processing experiment shows: with the constantly rising temperature of the working liquid,kerf width increases,surface roughness values also increase; but when liquid temperature increases to a certain value,the kerf width gradually becomes smaller,and the machined surface roughness becomes small,too. Therefore,to improve high speed wire-cut electrical discharge machining surface quality,a lower or higher temperature working liquid should be chosen.
