摘  要:为了研究西藏曲松绵羊在高海拔低氧条件下的血液生理学特性,试验选择三个不同海拔地区的西藏曲松绵羊、云南丽江绵羊和云南腾冲绵羊,颈静脉采血后测定血常规指标和血流变指标并进行对照分析。结果表明:西藏曲松绵羊的红细胞数[RBC,(13.78±0.13)×1012/L]和血红蛋白含量[HGB,(135.44±1.19)g/L]远高于中低海拔绵羊(P<0.01);红细胞平均体积[MCV,(31.27±0.30)f L]、纤维蛋白原含量[(3.29±0.07)g/L]和血浆黏度[(1.49±0.30)m Pa/s]明显低于中低海拔绵羊(P<0.01)。说明西藏曲松绵羊通过增加血液红细胞数、血红蛋白含量以增加携氧能力,而伴随红细胞数和血红蛋白含量的升高,其血液黏度相关指标也相应升高。西藏曲松绵羊通过降低红细胞平均体积和血浆黏度等指标钝化红细胞数增加对全血黏度的不良影响,保证血液的通畅性,增加运氧能力,以适应高原低氧环境,这是西藏曲松绵羊高原低氧适应的血液生理特征。To study the blood physiological characteristics of Qusong sheep in Tibet under high altitude and hypoxic conditions, the Qusong sheep in Tibet, Lijiang sheep in Yunnan, and Tengchong sheep in Yunnan from three different altitude areas were selected in the test. The indexes of blood routine and blood viscosity were detected after collecting blood samples from jugular vein in sheep, and then were used for a comparative analysis. The resuhs showed that the red blood cell (RBC) count and hemoglobin (HGB) content in the Qusong sheep in Tibet were ( 13.78 ± 0.13 ) × 10^12/L and ( 135.44 ± 1. 19 ) g/L, respectively; which were far higher ( P 〈 0.01 ) than those in the sheep from low altitude and intermediate altitude. The mean corpuscular volume (MCV), fibrinogen content and plasma viscosity in the Tibetan sheep were (31.27 ± 0.30) fL, (3.29 ± 0.07 ) g/L, and ( 1.49 ± 0.30) mPa/s, respectively; which were highly significantly lower ( P 〈 0.01 ) than those in the sheep from low altitude and intermediate altitude. The results indicate that the Qusong sheep in Tibet increase the oxygen carrying capacity by increasing the RBC count and hemoglobin content, while the related indexes of blood viscosity increase with the increase of RBC count and hemoglobin content. The Qusong sheep in Tibet increase the adverse effects on whole blood viscosity by reducing the volume of red blood cells, plasma viscosity, and other indexes to passivate RBC count, ensuring the patency of the blood to increase oxygen transport capacity in order to adapt to high - altitude hypoxia environment, this is the blood physiological characteristics of Tibetan sheep for high - altitude hypoxia adapta- tion.
