绵山羊双羔素提高东北细毛羊繁殖率的研究

摘　　要：为了提高东北细毛羊的繁殖率,增加养殖户和养殖场的经济效益,试验采用绵山羊双羔素(睾酮-3-羧甲基肟·牛血清白蛋白)水剂型、Ⅰ型油剂型和Ⅱ型油剂型,对齐齐哈尔种羊场和大庆种羊场的东北细毛羊进行了免疫试验,测定了三种剂型的免疫效果。结果表明:水剂型绵山羊双羔素免疫效果最好。齐齐哈尔试验点,与对照组相比,初产母羊水剂试验组双羔率和产羔率显著提高(P<0.05),经产母羊水剂试验组双羔率和产羔率极显著提高(P<0.01);大庆试验点,与对照组相比,经产母羊水剂试验1,2组双羔率和产羔率也显著提高(P<0.05)。To improve the reproductive rate of Chinese northeast fine - wool sheep and increase the economic benefits of raising farmers and live- stock farms, an immune test was conducted in the Chinese northeast fine - wool sheep from Qiqihar sheep stud farm and Daqing sheep stud farm using the feeundin （ testosterone - 3 - carboxymethyl oxime - bovine serum albumin） as an immunogan, including water - dosage form, oil formulation type I and oil formulation type Ⅱ. And then the immune effects of the three dosage forms were determined. The results showed that the water - dosage form of feeundin had the best immune effect. In Qiqihar sheep stud farm, the twin - lamb rate and the lambing rate of pri- miparous ewes in the water - dosage experimental group were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） compared with the control group, and the twin -lamb rate and the lambing rate of parous ewes in the waterdosage experimental group were highly significantly improved （P 〈0.01 ） compared with the control group. In Daqing sheep stud farm, the twin - lamb rate and the lambing rate of parous ewes in the water - dosage growp 1 and 2 were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） compared with the control group.
