摘 要:在传统的PWM逆变器死区补偿方法的基础上,提出了一种新的低成本的基于参数整定的在线死区补偿方法。死区效应和输出电流存在非线性关系,通过参数整定得到这种非线性关系并建立查找表,在软件中通过查表得到与误差对应的补偿电压,加到输出额定电压上轻松实现。通过英飞凌公司的XMC4500芯片实现补偿算法,并在3.7 k W异步电机矢量控制系统中验证了死区补偿算法的有效性。Based on the traditional average dead time compensation methods, this paper proposes a new low-cost online dead-time compensation method which is based on parameter self-tuning. There is a non-linear relationship between the dead time effects and output current. It creates a table according to the nonlinear relationship which can be obtained by parameter self-tuning. The method can be easily implemented by adding compensation voltages to the output reference voltage which is obtained by checking against the table in software. The proposed compensation method is realized with XMC4500 chip of Infineon Corporation. Experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the dead-time compensation method in 3.7 kW vector controlled asynchronous motor drive system.
