摘  要:计量泵广泛应用于石油、化工、制药、食品、饮料、冶金、电力等行业,它的设计方案直接影响整个系统的设计周期、成本和质量。为获得合理的设计方案,在逼近理想解的排序法(TOPSIS)基本理论的基础上,建立新型计量泵设计方案评价模型,充分利用了决策信息,使评价结果更为合理;对于指标权重,应用熵法确定,避免了传统的专家直接给出的指标权重不够客观的弊端;计量泵设计方案评价指标体系则通过广泛调研和分析而建立。实例表明此方法具有可行性和有效性。Metering pump has been widely applied in petroleum,chemical,pharmaceutical,food,beverage,metallurgy and electric power industry etc,its design scheme influenced the whole system design cycle,cost and quality directly. In order to obtain a reasonable design scheme,a new design scheme evaluation model is build based on TOPSIS fundamental theory,it utilized decision information adequately,so the evaluating result is more reasonable. The weight is determined by entropy method,it can avoid problem in which weight is given by expert and not objective in traditional method. A metering pump design scheme indices system for evaluation was stated according to wide investigation and analyzing. The case indicates that the method has the feasibility and effectiveness.
