摘　　要：构建电子商务物流生态圈作为我国"新常态"经济发展下的"及时雨",成为电商物流产业迈向低碳的重要路径。从生态学角度,借助生态学DICE理论对电子商务物流生态圈的系统构建进行了研究,提出保障实施的对策建议。以安徽青年电子商务产业园为例,对其电子商务物流生态圈构建进行分析。Constructing the E- commerce logistics ecosphere, as the ＂timely rain＂ of ＂new normal＂ economic development in China, became the important way to drive E - commerce logistics industry to low- carbon. The systematic construction of E - commerce logistics ecosphere was studied by adopting DICE theory from the perspective of ecology, and put forward the suggestions to guarantee its implementation. Finally, it took Anhui Qing- nian E- commerce Industrial Park as an example to analyze the E- commerce logistics ecosphere construction.
