西三角经济区产业结构与就业结构互动关系研究

摘　　要：在描述西部大开发以来西三角经济区产业结构和就业结构演变趋势的基础上,借助就业弹性和结构偏离度来分析该地区产业结构与就业结构的互动关系。结果表明:西三角经济区产业结构的演变明显超前于就业结构的演变;第一产业对剩余劳动力的吸收和转移压力较大;第二产业虽然是拉动地区经济增长的主力,但并没有带动大量就业增长;第三产业发展不足,面临着转型升级的压力。On the basis of describing the evolution of the industrial structure and employment structure in the Western Triangle Economie Zone since the implementation of the western development strategy, this paper analyzed the interaction between industrial structure and employment structure in the region with the help of employment elasticity and structure departure degree. Research results showed that the evolution of industrial structure was clearly ahead of the evolution of employment structure in the Western Triangle Economic Zone. The pressure of absorption and transfer of surplus labor in the first industry was relatively large. Although the second industry was the leading force of regional economic growth, but it did not drive a large number of employment growth. The third industrial development was insufficient, it faced to the pressure of upgrading and transformation.
