摘 要:为实现配电网的精细化管理与评价,提出了网格化中低压智能配电网评价指标体系及综合评价方法。首先定义了中低压智能配电网网格以及台区单元的划分原则,并在此基础上从电力用户和电网企业2个利益相关者的角度进行分析,结合各自的需求及其关注的指标类型,构建了对配电台区单元和10 k V主干网格的配电网精细化评价指标体系。同时,提出了可实现多目标决策的基于最小二乘法和灰色关联度法的综合评价方法,该方法应用最小二乘模型优化了由环比评分法确定的主观权重和由熵权法确定的客观权重,兼顾了评价指标的主客观信息。将该评价指标体系及评价方法运用于区域配电网算例,得出被评价区域配电网各网格的优劣排序及各网格内的薄弱环节。结果表明,该指标体系及评价方法可以为智能配电网的建设和改善运行提供依据,从而服务于智能配电网的精细化管理。In order to realize fine management and evaluation of distribution network, this paper proposed gridding evaluation index system of MV and LV intelligent distribution network and comprehensive evaluation method. Gridding dividing principle of intelligent distribution network is defined. On this basis, from view of the two stakeholders--power users and enterprises, combined with their demands and concern indices, refine distribution evaluation index system of court unit and 10 kV distribution backbone lines are constructed. An evaluation method is proposed based on the least square method and gray correlation analysis method, realizing multi-objective decision. With model of the least square method, this paper optimizes subjective weights calculated with DARE(Decision Alternative Ratio Evaluation) method and objective weights achieved from entropy method, taking into account evaluation indices of subjective and objective information at the same time. Gridding evaluation index system and the evaluation method are applied to calculate advantages and disadvantages of each grid and weak link in regional intelligent distribution network. Result shows that the index system and the method provide foundation for construction and improvement of intelligent distribution network, and serve for fine management of intelligent distribution network.
