摘　　要：电子警务是信息时代的新型警务模式,是应用现代信息技术对传统警务模式的全面改造,将极大地提升公安机关的工作效率和服务质量。我国的电子警务是在"金盾工程"的推动下发展起来的。21世纪以来,我国电子警务发展的速度明显加快,取得了不少令人瞩目的成就,但是也暴露出了一些值得注意的问题。只有认真分析电子警务的实际情况,针对暴露的问题采取切实有效的措施,才能保障电子警务健康发展。Electronic policing, a new mode of police service in the information age, is the comprehensive reform of the traditional policing model with the application of modern information technology. It will greatly enhance the work efficiency and service quality of public security organs. Electronic policing in China develops under the promotion of the ＂Golden Shield Project＂. Since the twenty-first century, the speed of development of electronic policing in our country has been significantly accelerated, has made many remarkable achievements, but also has exposed some problems worthy of attention. Only serious analysis of the actual situation of electronic policing and the effective measures against the exposed problem could ensure the healthy development of electronic policing.
