论全面深化公安改革背景下的警察权益保护

摘　　要：时代的发展推动着公安改革不断向前发展。改革一方面是为了适应时代的要求、社会的需要,为了提高公安队伍的素质能力,更好地维护社会稳定,服务社会发展;另一方面,它又包含了对警察权益保护的加强和完善。警察权益保护是公安工作的应有之义,全面深化公安改革为此提供了难得的契机,应该从完善有关法律法规、建立专门保护机构和机制、加快警察专业化建设、改善警察公共关系、提高队伍整体素质以及升级警用装备等方面来着手保护警察权益,以提高公安队伍的战斗力。The development of the times which promotes the reform of public security continues to move forward. To reform is to adapt the time request, the social needs, in order to improve the quality and ability of public security team, and maintain social stability and society development; on the other hand, it inherently contains the augment and improvement of the protection of the rights and interests of the police. The protection of the rights and interests of the police is the proper meaning of public security work, and to deepen the reform of public security therefore provides a rare opportunity. So it should improve relevant laws and regulations, establish the special protection institutions and mechanisms, accelerate the construction of police professionalism, improve police public relations, improve team overall quality and upgrade police equipment and other aspects of the police to protect the rights and interests and to improve the combat effectiveness of the police force.
