摘 要:为进一步改善聚丙烯腈纤维的吸湿性能,根据聚丙烯腈纤维的溶解特性,采用溶解涂覆法制备丝素蛋白改性聚丙烯腈纤维。研究了温度、丝素蛋白质量分数、浸渍时间对改性纤维回潮率和上染率的影响。通过扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪对改性前后的纤维进行测试和表征。结果表明:改性后纤维回潮率明显提高,最高可达4.0%左右;改性纤维对酸性染料的上染率也提升到35.1%左右;随着温度、丝素蛋白质量分数、浸渍时间的增加,改性纤维回潮率和上染率都呈先增加后不变的趋势;纤维经涂覆改性后表面变粗糙,有丝素蛋白沉积,但纤维大分子结构没有发生改变。To improve the hygroscopicity of polyacrylonitrile fiber,dissolving-coating method was used to prepare the modified polyacrylonitrile fiber according to its dissolution characteristics. The effects of temperature,silk fibroin mass fraction,coating time on the dyeing ratio and moisture regain of coating modified fiber were analyzed. The structure changing before and after fiber coating modification was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,SEM and XRD. The result showed that the moisture regain of modified fiber significantly increased up to 4. 0%. The dyeing ratio of modified fibers dyed with acid dyestuff also improved to 35. 1%. With the increase of temperature,silk fibroin mass fraction,immersion time,fiber moisture regain and dyeing ratio were increased first and then tends to be the invariant. After modification,the surface of polyacrylonitrile fiber becomes rough and is deposited with silk fibroin. The macromolecular structure of polymer,however,has no change.
