月桂酸纤维素酯的酰化法制备及其成膜性能

摘  要:将棉浆粕纤维素溶解在离子液体([Bmim]Cl)中获得纤维素/[Bmim]Cl均相溶液后,在4-二甲氨基吡啶的催化作用下,通过纤维素与月桂酰氯的酰化反应制备了月桂酸纤维素酯(LACE)。采用FT-IR、1H NMR、XRD、TG等表征方法研究了产物结构及热稳定性;考察了产物取代度的影响因素;并选择具有不同取代度的LACE溶解在CHCl3中配成不同浓度的制膜液,采用延流法制膜,通过考察制膜条件与薄膜力学性能的关系以及薄膜形貌特征,研究了LACE的成膜性能。结果表明:95℃下,反应物以物质的量比为n(AGU)∶n(DMAP)∶n(LC)=1∶0.03∶3投料并反应4 h,所得产物具有较高取代度,在非极性溶剂中溶解性能优良,且无需加入增塑剂就可模塑成型。One kind of long-chain fatty acid cellulose ester of lauric acid cellulose esters( LACE) were prepared with 4-dimethylaminopyridine as catalyst and lauroylchloride as acylating agent in cellulose /[Bmim]Cl( 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride) homogenous solution system by acylation method. The structure and thermal properties of the obtained LACE were studied by FT-IR,1HNMR,XRD,TG,etc.The esterification conditions that affect substitution degree of products were investigated in detail. And the LACE film was also prepared by delay flow method using LACE film solution which were prepared by dissolving LACE with different substitution degrees in CHCl3. At the same time,the film properties were studied by investigating the relationship between the preparation conditions and mechanical properties of LACE film,scanning electron microscopy( SEM) was also used to characterize the film properties. The results showed that the LACE with higher degree of substitution( DS) could be prepared when the esterification carried out at 95 ℃ for 4 h at a mole ratio of cellulose glycosidase( AGU) to 4-Dimethylaminopyridine( DMAP) to lauroyl chloride( LC) was 1∶ 0. 03∶ 3. Meanwhile,the products showed good solubility performance in nonpolar solvent and excellent film properties without plasticizer.
