摘 要:为开发具有较好导湿快干性能的双层结构棉织物,设计了5种不同结构的棉织物,对其进行亲/疏水整理,探究亲/疏水整理对棉织物导湿快干性能的影响。结果表明:双层棉织物的组织结构对其吸湿、导湿和散湿性能有明显影响;在微湿环境下,蜂巢-缎纹组织的吸湿性能最佳,透孔-蜂巢组织的导湿性能较好,透孔-蜂巢组织的散湿性能最为突出;在显汗环境下,蜂巢-缎纹组织的吸湿及导湿性能最好,蜂巢-绉组织的散湿性能最为突出。In order to explore the influence of hydrophilic / hydrophobic finishing on moisture-transfer and dry-fast property of cotton fabric with double-layer structure,five kinds of cotton fabrics with different structures were designed and finished by the hydrophilic / hydrophobic method. The influence of hydrophilic / hydrophobic finishing on moisture-transfer and dry-fast property of cotton fabric was explored. The results showed that the weave structure of double-layerd cotton fabrics has significant influence on moisture absorption,diffusion,and dissipation. The moisture absorption performance of honeycomb-satin structure is the optimal in moist environment,the diffusion moisture performance of mesh-honeycomb structure is good,and mesh-honeycomb structure has significant moisture dissipation property. In sweating environment,honeycomb-satin structure had the best moisture absorption and diffusion moisture performance while honeycomb-crepe had most outstanding dissipation property.
