摘　　要：欧盟非常重视信息社会的测度理论研究和实践,每一个阶段的信息社会战略计划都有相应的测度体系与之配合。本文讨论了i2010的测度体系;欧洲数字进程(A digital agenda for Europe)及其测度;2015年DESI的结构、测度方法和结果及欧盟信息化测度的新发展对我国的启示。The EU attaches great importance to measurement theory and practices of the information society. The strategic plan of information society at every stage has a corresponding measurement system. This article discusses the i2010 measurement system, Digital European process （A digital agenda for Europe） and its measurement, 2015 DESI structure, measurement methods and results, as well as the enlightenment to China of new development of EU informatization measurement.
