摘　　要：目的考察鄂西北地区淫羊藿属植物三枝九叶草药用价值。方法以淫羊藿苷和总黄酮含量作为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱法和紫外-可见分光光度法进行检测。采用ODS Phenomenex Gemini C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(30:70)为流动相,检测波长:270 nm,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:30℃。结果按干燥品计算淫羊藿苷含量和总黄酮含量分别为0.51%和5.05%,均达到《中国药典》标准。结论鄂西北地区淫羊藿属植物三枝九叶草具有较高药用价值。Objective To assess the medicinal value of wild Epimedium sagittatum in northwest Hubei Province.Methods High performance liquid chromatography and UV-Vis pectrophotometer were conducted with contents of icariin and total flavonoids as determining indexes.HPLC was conducted at a column temperature of 30℃ with a column of ODS Phenomenex Gemini C_（18）（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） and acetonitrile-water（30：70,V/V） as the mobile phase,with a wave length at 270 nm and a flow speed at 1.0 mL/min.Results Content of icariin and total flavonoids in dried Epimedium sagittatum was 0.51%and 5.05%respectively,which reached the criteria of the Chinese Pharmacopeia.Conclusion Wild Epimedium sagittatum in northwest Hubei Province has high medical value.
