经济问题视角下的医患风险管控模型研究

摘　　要：在医患关系迫切需要破冰的形势下,结合专家访谈、文献研究了解医患风险导致的经济损失及医保现状,立足经济问题视角,从医疗患者医疗支付、医疗事故赔偿和医疗责任险的角度着手研究,得到"大病医保是短板、医疗赔偿支付形式不足和医疗责任险投保不够灵活"是影响医患关系的三大要素,进而探索、构建医患风险管控模型。At present the relationship between doctors and patients needs to be dealt with urgently, this paper analyzed the economic loss and health status based on the experts interview and literature research. From the perspective of economic issues, this paper studied the medical payment, medical accident compensation and medical liability insurance, and found three elements which would influence relationship between medical staff and patients. And then this paper explored and constructed the model of medical risk-control.
