五味降脂胶囊的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立五味降脂胶囊的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对五味降脂胶囊中的五味子、白术等药材进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定五味降脂胶囊中的橙黄决明素含量。结果薄层色谱法鉴别斑点清晰,专属性、重现性强;橙黄决明素在0.179~1.792μg范围内具有良好的线性关系。橙黄决明素平均加样回收率为98.68%,RSD为1.91%。结论本研究建立的五味降脂胶囊定性鉴别与定量分析方法简便,重现性和精密度良好。Objective To establish the quality control standard for Wuwei Jiangzhi capsule. Methods Thin layer chromatography（TLC） was used to conduct qualitative identification of Schizandra and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in Wuwei Jiangzhi capsule.High performance liquid chromatogranhy（HPLC） was used to test the content of aurantioobtusin in Wuwei Jiangzhi capsule. Results TLC to identify the spots were clear,and with strong specificity and reproducibility.Aurantio-obtusin had better linear relation within the scope from 0.179 to 1.792 μg.The average recovery rate and RSD of Aurantio-obtusin was 98.68% and 1.91% respectively. Conclusion Qualitative identification and quantitative analysis method for Wuwei Jiangzhi capsule,established in this study,have the advantages of easy and with better reproducibility and precision.
