摘　　要：目的探讨消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌法与常规治疗法治疗小儿腹泻病的临床疗效。方法随机选择我院2010年1月~2015年1月收诊的100例儿科收治确诊的小儿腹泻病患儿,随机平均分为对照组与观察组,每组50名患者,对照组给予抗感染、补液、保护肠黏膜等常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上服用消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌,并观察其疗效。比较两组治疗后72 h的疗效,两组症状缓解与住院时间。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,观察组的总有效率、症状缓解和住院时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿腹泻病中,具有较好的疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of racecadotril combined with zinc gluconate with conventional therapy in treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 100 cases of infantile diarrhea treated in our hospital from January2010 to January 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group was treated by conventional therapy including anti-infection,fluid infusion,and intestinal mucosa protection.While patients in the observation group was additionally given racecadotril plus zinc gluconate.The clinical efficacy in both groups was observed.The curative effect at 72 h after treatment,symptom remission and hospital stay in the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the overall response rate,symptom remission and hospital stay in the observation group was better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of racecadotril combined with zinc gluconate with conventional therapy is favorable in treatment of infantile diarrhea, which is worthy to be promoted.
