摘　　要：BREW平台是高通公司推出的一种无线通讯设备应用开发平台,对其采用了一套类COM的组件体系结构,突破了非面向对象语言限制,提升了BREW的运行效率和开发效率。重点介绍了BREW平台的VTBL技术、接口管理以及生命期控制技术,分析了其类COM特性,并以嵌入式开发的观点分析了BREW类COM特性与COM之间的差异,可为大型项目开发提供参考。BREW is a platform for mobile communications application developed by Qualcomm Inc. While applying COMlike component architecture to BREW, it carry the purpose of breaking the constraints caused by non-object-oriented language, so as to improve the performance of BREW and decrease the development cycle. Through introducing the principle of VTBL, interface management technology and lift-cycle control technology, the paper explores the COM-like characteristics of BREW platform, analyzes the difference between the COM-like characteristics and the COM in the view of embedded development, providing a reference for large-scale projects.
