针刺联合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取101例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分为对照组50例,使用针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,试验组51例,使用针刺联合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,治疗后观察两组患者治疗前后VAS、HAMD、HAMA评分情况。结果试验组各观察指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛比单用针刺效果显著,值得在临床推广。Objective Discussed the effect of acupuncture combined with Point injection in the treatment of after herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods Selected 101 patients with after herpes zoster neuralgia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 50 patients used of acupuncture, experimental group 51 patients in the control group on the basis of using Point injection treatment, compare two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment VAS, HAMD, HAMAscore. Results Observation group after treatment VAS, HAMD, HAMAscore was better than control group（P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Point injection to treat after herpes zoster neuralgia effect is better than that of facupuncture treatment alone, is worth popularizing in clinical.
