摘 要:间二甲苯的传统硝化方法有许多缺陷,为探索绿色硝化方法,对二氧化氮用量、不同类型的催化剂、催化剂用量和反应温度等因素进行了研究。当间二甲苯与二氧化氮物质的量比例为1∶3,β-280催化剂用量为0.32 g,25℃时反应,标题化合物的异构体选择性比例可以提高到91.6%,产率达96.0%,标题化合物与2-硝基间二甲苯的组成比达到了10.9∶1。The traditional method of nitration reaction has several disadvantages. The effects of amount of nitrogen dioxide and catalyst,various type of catalysts and reaction temperature on yield and isomer ratio of 4-nitro-m-xylene to 2-nitro-m-xylene were investigated when m-xylene reacted with nitrogen dioxide / molecular oxygen over zeolite HBEA of Si / Al = 280 at mid conditions to yield mono nitro-m-xylenes as the main products,where the 4-nitro-m-xylene isomer predominated up to 91. 6% and the nitro-mxylenes yield was improved to 96. 0%. The 4-nitro-m-xylene to 2-nitro-m-xylene ratio could reach 10. 9.
