论记者的私德与媒介的公德

摘　　要：记者道德和媒介群体道德应该区分开,虽然二者之间有联系,但应正确认识二者的差异,用个体道德去规范群体行为,或反过来仅用群体道德要求个体,都可能造成道德沦丧。新闻职业道德规范应该被从业者充分讨论接受,并被结构化于记者价值观念中。通过个人的良知与社会的舆论发挥新闻道德的监督作用,在达到媒介社会公德与记者品行私德的有机统一前提下,构建文明合理的媒介制度。这样的新闻职业道德体系才能够与现代契约社会的自由、民主、法制等理念很好地协调起来。The journalist morality and the medium group morality should be separated. Despite the relation between these two moralities,the difference between them should be recognized. To regulate the group behaviors with individual morality or conversely to regulate the individual behaviors only with group morality,either is likely to result in moral decay. Professional ethics of press should be fully discussed and accepted by practitioners,and it should be also structuralized in the journalist values. The supervision role of press morality should be played through personal conscience and public opinion of society,and the civilized and sound media system should be constructed on the premise of an organic unity of social morality of society and the personal virtue of journalist behaviors. Only such kind of journalistic ethic system can coordinate well with the idea of freedom,democracy and legal institution in modern contract society.
